Tuttavia, di recente ho riscontrato un problema con la politica di reso: è infatti previsto che le spese di spedizione siano a carico del cliente, il che comporta costi proibitivi per chi, come me, risiede fuori dalla Spagna. Attualmente mi trovo quindi con diversi paia di calze della taglia sbagliata e nessuna opzione conveniente per restituirle. È una situazione decisamente spiacevole che spero possa essere considerata per miglioramenti futuri."
